Edward Snowden will be allowed to stay in Russia [ three more years ]( http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/aug/07/edward-snowden-permission-stay-in-russia-three-years ) . I am sure he would rather be in Bolivia, but the US wants him to be in Russia.
