Human Rights Watch finds that most of the high-profile terrorist plots
that the US prosecutes
were <a href="http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jul/21/government-agents-directly-involved-us-terror-plots-report">stimulated
by the US government, and the "perpetrators" were often reluctant</a>. The effect is systematic injustice, but it suits those that hate our
freedoms and are in a position to take them away by changing our laws.
