Israel agreed to allow Gazans to fish 6 miles from shore, but unilaterally went back on the agreement, <a href="http://electronicintifada.net/content/israel-forces-gaza-fishermen-undress-attack-violating-ceasefire-deal/13888"> and has attacked fishermen just a mile from shore.
