Europeans took the land of Australia from the aboriginal peoples, and it is right to give some of it back. However, I do not approve of the aboriginal culture's idea that major aspects of that culture, its laws in effect, should be the property of small groups. Secret law is not law. It is wrong in principle nonetheless.
