Sierra Leone has declared a four-day "lockdown" in about two weeks to [ try to halt the spread of Ebola ]( http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/sep/06/sierra-leone-lockdown-ebola-outbreak ) . I think the need is sufficient to justify such a measure, but is it likely to work?
