A town in the Solomon Islands [ has to move to higher ground ]( http://www.commondreams.org/news/2014/08/18/facing-rising-ocean-pacific-island-town-must-relocate ) as sea level rises. The US must start planning to move parts of Boston, parts of New York City, parts of Washington DC, and all of Florida. This move won't be needed for some decades, but it will take decades to do.
