US thugs around the country are attacking CopWatch groups and their leaders with [ threats and even bogus arrests ]( http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/26527-police-departments-retaliate-against-organized-cop-watch-groups-across-the-us ) . Is spitting in a thug's face really a felony? If so, the first step in ending the thugs' reign of terror is to change that law — and many others with it. Thugs regularly abuse their power; they must have less of it.
