Obama [ says that PISSI is part of al-Qa'ida ]( http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/oct/02/isis-al-qaida-obama-administration-argument-same-strikes-break ) , as justification for attacking PISSI, even though the two are fighting each other. Reportedly al-Nusra recently said it was [ allying with PISSI ]( https://www.stallman.org/archives/2014-jul-oct.html#30_September_2014_(Syrian_al_Qa%27ida_affiliate_joins_PISSI) ) . If that really happens, it would validate Obama's argument. However, I don't think the US should be authorized to make war everywhere in the world by a 13-year-old vote.
