Since the NSA hands over [ data about Palestinian-Americans' communications ]( http://www.commondreams.org/news/2014/09/18/new-questions-raised-about-nsa-israel-intelligence-sharing ) to Israel, and Israel uses such data to blackmail Palestinians in Palestine, it looks like the NSA is part of the blackmail system.
