The UK has [ exposed collusion and lying among the thugs ]( http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2014/sep/01/plebgate-report-shows-metropolitan-police-colluded-conceal-truth ) that accused an important Tory politician of calling them "fucking plebs". Such collusion and lying is commonplace among thugs, to cover up other nasty things such as killing an innocent person. The system is set up to take it for truth — unless the victim is an important right-wing politician.
