Her supposed "crime" was simply continuing to protest. Thugs in Ferguson repeatedly offered to "help" some reporters by [ taking them far away from the protests ]( http://www.nationaljournal.com/domesticpolicy/how-police-are-keeping-journalists-from-doing-their-jobs-in-ferguson-20140814 ) , "for their safety". Considering that the only danger to them is from the thugs, this is really half of a threat.
