For minors in the US, getting a judge's permission for an abortion is [ painful harassment, often followed by arbitrary denial ]( http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2014/07/teen-abortion-judicial-bypass-parental-notification ) . Just getting out of school to go to a court in another town may be a struggle. I don't understand how people who generally agree it is not a good thing for poor minors to have children come to support laws making it hard for them to avoid doing so.
