Did you think it must be North Korea, which is of course a total tyranny? Sad to say, it is South Korea. If the report was false — if the rumor did not exist — it might be legitimate to sue the reporter for claiming it did. However, nothing can justify prosecution for an insult. Freedom of speech means having the right to insult everyone, even President Park, even me, even you.
